Apartment Dragana Budva – rental terms and conditions
- Which factors affect on the price?
1. The period of stay. It’s worth to note that prices differ depending on several periods: season, postseason and preseason.
2. The duration of the stay. Longer rental period – a bigger discount. In order to find out more information, you should look at the prices for apartment rental.
3. The price does not depend from the number of guests. Stated price is for an apartment, and is the same for 1 or 4 people. - What is included in the price??
All costs accommodation in Budva are included in the price, except the tourist tax.
Tourist tax needs to be paid separately. - Apartment reservation
Prepayment (20 % of the total cost) is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining funds need to be paid at the time of check-in.
After we receive your money, we will send you a booking confirmation, certified by signature and seal.
If the reservation is canceled by the guests, prepayment will not be refunded.
- Airport Transfer
At your request, we will arrange a transfer at different airports: Tivat, Podgorica and Dubrovnik. We offer the lowest prices in Montenegro.

Estimated time of arrival – after 12 hours.
Estimated time of departure – up to 10 hours.

Any damage made in our apartment will be charged extra. - Confidentiality!
